Applying for a permit

No memorial may be erected in any cemetry without applying for permission from the necessary authority of which we will undertake on your behalf as part of our service. There will be a fee for the cemetry application which will vary from authority to authority. We will pay this on your behalf and add the cost to your final bill. When applying for a permit we must ensure that the signatures are that of the registered owner. If not it will be returned to us.

Placing an order

If you wish to place an order with us using the website you will need to fill in and submit the order form. On receipt of this we will contact the necessary authority to confirm what you have ordered is acceptable ie. size, material etc. If any queries are raised we will contact you to discuss any amendments required before proceeding.

Payment Terms

We ask for a 50% deposit when you place an order with the remainder balance to be paid on completion of all work. We aim for all memorials to be installed within 12-14 weeks. You can pay by credit card by using the facilities online, alternatively you can send us a cheque and we will forward your receipt on to you.

Guarantees

We are a BRAMM (British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons) registered company, which means that we comply with British standards as laid out in their regulations and codes of practice.
